Hello,

I run an online job board website tailored to the international development community. The site is http://www.aidboard.com

I'm looking for a redesign of my current website (the look and feel right now is quite boring). I also need someone capable of implementing the design changes and ensuring that the new design plays well with all existing site plug-ins (especially the ones used for posting new jobs, etc). I also need someone to implement a plug-in that makes posting new jobs to Facebook and Twitter automated.

Please do not submit an entry if you are unable to code the design changes and have experience with plug-in compatibility (especially WP JobBoard)

Also please don't submit if you plan on a bid greater than $200.

I'm also not fixed on my current logo so if anyone wants to propose a design change to the logo I'm fine with that - but it's certainly not a requirement.

One additional item I'd like to point out is that the site focuses on jobs in the non-profit, international development field so images along these lines in the design are preferred. Thanks
