Financial (Transaction) advisory/planning/ accounting including business valuation/commercial due diligence/ pitch deck/ financial modeling - DCF comparable companies precedent transaction/ merger model/startup capital raising/ vesting/ sell-side marketing materials and legal documents ( Access to Bloomberg, Wind, Factset, and all major terminals used by China and US counterparts) 2.
