Design equipment layout and work flow. Experience in machine designing, Capacity Calculation, Power calculation, Coupling, Gearbox selection, material selection Shaft size calculation. Filters design calculation, hoppers capacity, Shaft stress calculation. • Good approach to maintain standardization of components used in equipments. • Static analysis of components on Solidworks simulation software. • Visit at site to solve any commissioning problem due to design if any, improve design of equipments, validate design & final release to manufacture. • To update sales & marketing deptt. for any improved design changes in equipments & updating estimating cost & consult with purchase deptt. for cost optimization & to develop new vendor.
