Deseo optimizar A2Billing para dos plantas telefónicas (Issabel Project) ya que en ocasiones estos se saturan y terminan afectando la experiencia de las llamadas teléfonicas (no se procesan o se entrecortan) de un Call Center. Ambos tarificadores se encuentran virtualizados (Hyper V). Nuestro actual proveedor ha tenido que formatear un par de veces cuando los casos se agravan, según "porque las tablas de la base de datos se corrompen" o "daños al sistema". Entre mis ideas está migrar de MySQL a SQL Server por la alta transaccionabilidad. Aunque quedo atento a nuevas sugerencias. Requiero persona experta en estos temas.

Necesito me ayuden encontrando un problema que tengo. En mi central asterisk con a2billing, dispongo de varias rutas de salida con distintas troncales, pero una troncal en particular me esta generando un problema. Esta troncal esta definida sobre un SPA3102, las pruebas fueron realizadas con un softphone (Zoiper), y al marcar se observa que inmediatamente se envía el numero, la conexión se establece, por ende la tarifación inicia inmediatamente al terminar el marcado. En el a2billing he probado de todo con el parametro "dialcommand_param", pero este no tiene efecto en mi configuración, sospecho el problema sea en la configuración de la troncal, para ser mas especifico en el SPA3102.
