We have a simple email template that is sent out after a phone call. Data is currently being stored in DRUPAL/CiviCRM. In the template we will enter a list of custom items discussed with links to that content on the web. There are only 5 possible items that can be added to that list, but there could be any combination of those items. We currently use Mandrill but can use another solution if needed.
