I'm enclosing a photoshop psd image. It consists of two layers, the red one in the background, and a cute one of a dinosaur. I would like someone to show me how to reduce the dinosaur in all dimensions so that there's a totally even red border of whatever size pixels I want. If I just go to transform and change the length and width, it does not give me an even border around the image. If this were a square image of course it would be simple, but I need to shrink the dinosaur all around so that the red border is completely even. I would need a Javascript Function that can scale a GeoJSON as if I would shave off 15 cm from the border. In other words : I have a polygons that are just a little too big. I would need a javascript function that would make them a little smaller and return me the GeoJSON.
