I need help with a SAS macro (in the attached document). The macro helps to identify questionable data (i.e. data that does not conform to the specified format) by producing frequency tables. As it stands now, the variables and their formats have to be manually listed within the macro. This can be a tedious procedure when there are a large number of variables. Therefore, I would ideally like this macro to be made more general so that the variable lists and format lists can be included as macro variables.
