I had a server on A2 and switched to another server because it was infected. I was able to retrieve a backup of my website from a Softaculous backup before the server was deleted. I switched over to my new A2 server and I uploaded the restore file in the Softaculous Backup folder in File Manager. Unfortunately, Softaculous is not seeing the restore for the website. It is the same domain name. A2 informed me that it could be because I had the autoinstall WordPress + Elementor. That I should remove that install and just use the WordPress install.
