I’m preparing to launch a new e-commerce site and need a fresh, methodical set of eyes to make sure everything works flawlessly and feels intuitive before we go live. The job is a full-scale quality-assurance sweep combined with a usability audit and clear bug reporting. Scope The store must run perfectly on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
