I need to refresh the conversational flow of my existing WhatsApp bot that runs on AWS Connect, Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. The core functionality works well; what I’m after is a cleaner, better-structured message sequence inside Lex. Scope of work • Add several new bot messages where the current flow feels abrupt. • Modify a handful of existing prompts so wording, tone and variable placeholders are consistent. • Delete a few outdated messages that are confusing users.
