I now need it turned into a high-quality physical silicone mould and, from that mould, a finished sculpture no larger than 30 cm in any dimension. Workflow I imagine • Prepare the OBJ for manufacturing (clean-up, parting lines, vents, etc.). • Produce an accurate master (3-D print or CNC) and create the silicone mould around it. • Cast the final piece in a suitable medium so the sculpture captures all the original detail. • Finish, cure, inspect, and ship the completed sculpture along with the reusable silicone mould. One part studio is complete and that will be the focus of this job. There are about 32 pieces of plywood in the part studio.
