I need a reliable desktop support engineer who can smoothly handle both Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. Day to day, you’ll be imaging laptops with SCCM/MDT as well as Microsoft Intune / Autopilot, working tickets in ServiceNow, and jumping between password resets or account unlocks in Active Directory and quick fixes for Outlook, Teams, and the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite. When a user’s Wi-Fi drops, a VPN refuses to connect, or a LAN port suddenly goes dark, you’ll be the person they trust to get them back online fast. • 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience supporting global users. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, ServiceNow and Windows environments. • Experience managing user provisioning, access requests, password resets, mailbox administration and software deployment. • Strong background in incident management, service requests, asset management and ticket resolution. • Experience supporting enterprise environments including Qualcomm and HCL Technologies. • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex desktop, application, VPN and Microsoft 365 issues remotely.
