I’m producing a short-form art film and have a 5–15 minute script that calls for a formally narrated female voice that subtly communicates on emotional level. Think of science themed TV shows. The narration drives the visuals, so timing, pacing and nuance are important. The final file should be a clean, high-quality WAV or 320 kbps MP3, free of background noise and no audio processing needed. The process should be 2 or 3 iterations of reading the text and receiving feedback. There is no time pressure (yet) for finishing this project, so we can work at any pace that suits you.
