Modern Hospitality 3D Renderings

I’m developing a set of photorealistic visuals for a hospitality project and need a specialist who can translate my design intent into striking imagery. The focus is exclusively on the lobby, reception zone, and several guest-room typologies, all presented in a fresh, modern style. You’ll receive CAD plans, elevations, and a clear material palette; your task is to model, light, texture, and render compelling views that convey ambience, flow, and key furniture details. I typically work with 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona or Blender + Cycles, but I’m open to whichever pipeline you’re fastest in—as long as the glass reflections are crisp, fabrics read naturally, and the overall lighting feels welcoming yet sophisticated. Deliverables • 3–4 high-resolution stills for the lobby/reception • 2–3 hero views per guest-room type • Source files and layered PSDs for minor post tweaks Acceptance criteria: color accuracy against the provided palette, consistent camera angles for storyboards, and final images at 6K resolution ready for large-format print and web.
