Refresh and modernize product 3D design - 05/03/2026 05:13 EST -- 2

Good morning, We have a product which is an OBD2 diagnostic interface for passenger vehicles, the existing design is shown in the photos in attachment, as well as the STP file. This product is very popular, but its design is already 10 years old, so we would like to refresh and modernize it. Requirements: 1. In this campaign we are focusing mainly on the design of the external look; 2. OBD port is a standard, we cannot change it; 3. Final file format should be in .STP format + some rendered photos, so our engineering team can add the inside for electronics, etc; Orientation of the design: 1. We want to maintain the same design language and only make it look more modern and futuristic. 2. It should be similar in general size, it cannot be smaller than the old PCB size, with no moving parts. 3. There are 3 indicator lights (power on, Bluetooth connection and data transmission) and 1 button to push (power button), they should be clearly visible, and please refer to the attached photo for the position of the lights and cable for the button. 4. This device is plugged to the car’s OBD port, this port can sometimes be difficult to access, so it should be easy to plug in and out, lights and buttons should be easy to push. 5. The orange rubber band is not a must.
