Job Desciption: We are looking for an Accounts payable clerk for our company (a work from home initiative). We currently have lots of vendors that we pay monthly in our network. The qualified candidate would be responsible reconciling our payments versus the statements that are received as well as negotiating return fees such as shipping reimbursement for returns. We are looking for someone with industry specific experience if possible. This person must be comfortable working daily for our payment processing (This is a full time position). Our reference for this position is to find someone here in the United States or Canada. Qualifications : -Attention to details and accuracy -Excellent organizational and analytical skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Vast knowledge of Accounting.

I believe that accuracy is the best virtue without which it will be impossible to provide quality work. Since many decisions are based on the information punched by data entry clerks, it is important that data quality is maintained. I ensure accuracy at each point. When I punch in information, I make sure that I read it at least three times before typing it. Once I am done entering a module, I revisit it and compare it to the original to make sure that I have indeed punched in correct information.
