Tune Driving Movements on Autonomous Rover

I have a fully assembled rover with all the electronics working now, and is driving with a joystick control and arduino using compass to keep straight path.

The rover is mostly driving straight now, but is making snakelike movements (in the path) back and forth, and not correcting perfectly, and correcting for terrain.

I need someone in person to help tune this rover for all terrain situation so that it drives perfectly, straight, left,right, etc.

Experience in PID, Robotics, Autononomous Rovers/Drones a must.

What I need is to make the rover fully driveable in all terrain. All electronics already assembled, and mower is driving now with compass, arduino, also joystick.
