We have received a 26 page supply agreement contract, 18 pages of which we would like analyzed to determine our potential liabilities. We are the manufacturer, the other party wants to sell/use our product but needs a supply agreement signed. Seems like a good idea to have a lawyer look at it.
Work requirements:
- Read 18 pages (13 Articles, 74 total sections) of contract
- List sections of contract that create potential liabilities and briefly (1-3 sentences) explain the liability
- No need to provide solutions, just provide brief explanation of liability created by each section where applicable
- Specialty in contract law preferred
