Search and download of research papers online for me (PLS read description - Engineers only)

Attached to this project description, is a literature review, which contains over 69 highlighted journal papers which I am in need of.
I wish to employ a freelancer to do the following:
1. Extract from the literature review, a reference list for all the highlighted papers. (please maintain the numeric reference for each paper. e.g if a paper by Yang et. al is ref [3] and it is highlighted, please maintain it that way on your list.
2. Using the compiled list in (1), source for and download all 69 papers using one or more of these sources for which you need to have full access to:
a. Compendex via Engineering Village
b. Web of Science Core Collection
c. IEEE Xplore
d. SCOPUS
e. ASME Digital Collections
Although I will grant you my access to use for this task
3. Once you have download each paper, rename it to reflect its reference from the list in (1). For example, if Yang et. al is ref [3], rename his paper to [login to view URL] . The same procedure applies to all the highlighted papers, which were highlighted in (1).
Note** Any papers not found using any of the 5 sources above should be searched for thoroughly online. If in the end, these papers are not found, note them and let me know the ones you couldn't find.
Please note, that you would require some access to a University online library to be able to do this task, which I will provide to the selected freelancer.
