Display data in the table with the year dropdown filter and quarterly checkbox filter

Before im explain the description i want to mention that the price of the project is based on your bid price. so in this project dummy database with minimized data and layout of the table will be given. I want to display out the database data in table with filtering where the condition is by quarterly AND by department AND by staff type AND by activities status AND by activities deletion (where activities deletion is equal NULL). Quarterly is mean Jan-March, April -June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec (For Any year - previous year, current year, or for upcoming year). So by this user able to filter the table by Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4.. Only display it at table with filter. So mean there are two filter where user select the year and the user select another option which is checkbox which user can tick Quarter1, Quarter2, Quarter3 or Quarter4..No design need as long it able to display and filter. Once the freelance tested on the dummy database, there will will be another testing by using original database data which contain 500 ++ data. So please im looking someone that giving fully interest and able to give coorperate in this project. because freelance required to access my desktop to having a test. the original database will be not provided because it contains user information. thanks
