I am going to send you the snapshot of actual ladder logic to be created for this purpose. Only the tags used have to be defined prior to assembling the logic. You will also need a numerical input addition in HMI for operator input. I hope you can do that part or else I will help for that also. Send me your additional requirement if any.

To whom it may concern, I'd be happy to provide this update, and for this to be a "resume" of sorts for any future updates you may need. I'll need access to a license for Controllogix. Once I have that, and the program needing update I'll return the finished product within one day, and all troubleshooting should be complete within 2 days of that.
