DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICAL ADVISORY AND CONSULTING SERVICES REGARDING ELECTRICAL CIRCUITRY OF HYGEN’S RESIDENTIAL FUELING APPLIANCE (RFA)

HYGEN is planning to carry out US & general design and functional certification of Residential Fueling Appliance (RFA) and has signed a contract with CSA Group for carrying out this process. Due to limited time frame for US & global certification process of RFA, HYGEN needs a support of advisor with suitable expertise for carrying out the certification of electrical part of RFA in the fastest possible way. Therefore, according to HYGEN’s Procurement Policy for Subcontracting, HYGEN will require submission of several quotes and evaluate them according to internal case specific methodology and selection procedure ensuring the best value for money or, if appropriate, the lowest price. The service shall include and cover the following tasks/service areas:  Re-draw the electrical circuit diagram according to US industry standards and applicable standards to electrical components from ANSI/CSA NGV 5.1.  ANSI/CSA NGV 5.1. compliant electric component sourcing according to electrical wiring scheme, gas P&ID and list of relevant components of HYGEN RFA used in European version of RFA in Annex 1.  Assisting HYGEN in acquiring sourced components As you/your company was shortlisted as one of the companies potentially capable of providing the service described above, we invite you to submit your price quote for the contract of providing HYGEN with appropriate service
