VBA Code to download data from URL

Hello I use VBA(excel) to scrape data and I can tell you that it doesn't matter that the URL changes. I can use VBA to navigate from the homepage to the desired page and get the data from there. What you need is the "Reference interest rates of Tresasury bonds(rates curve)" , correct? I have a lot of experience programming in VBA so please feel free to contact me so we can talk some more.
