Build a Website -- 2

Hello everyone. We are inviting bits for the development of a web based peer to peer platform similar to Ebay but focusing on single (niche) category e.g. electronics. Like Ebay users should be able to create a personal customisable online store through witch they advertise products for sale in predefined subcategories (e.g. TVs, DVDs, phones, etc) Unlike Ebay the products will be sold at a fixed price only. This will NOT be an auction site. Online shoppers should be able to browse listings by going directly to an online store or following links sorted in categories and subcategories. Online stores should have the option to feature their online store or feature individual products (e.g. top ranking in the category the product belongs). We are aiming to make this a safe and secure environment. Only verified and authenticated businesses will be granted permission to create an online shop. Businesses will first have to make an online application to upgrade from a normal account. Only once admin have verified details and granted permission should the business online store come into existence and able to sell products. The security will be further enhanced to the feedback and grading system. The website revenue will be based on cost charged towards subscription fees, listing adverts and commission on sales. We therefore need a robust system in place to do such calculations. The online store should also be able to view details such as total sales (daily/monthly/etc) and amounts due. If this project is a challenge that you would like to take on we would like to hear from you. The application should be easily scalable with a good database architecture. We are looking for a quick start. I believe you would like the development process broken into stages and the payments spread accordingly into instalments. Our intention is to have the user interface designed at the initial stage. A good example for website in terms of user interface and features would be Airbnb. Before the final instalment is paid out we would require the site to be fully implemented on our service ( we plan to use Amazon Web Services Cloud). We will then put the site through rigorous testing (via third party) who will test the application for errors, bags, stress and security. Once all known issues are rectified we will then go on to make the final set of payments. Other websites that this project will draw sinspiration from are Ebay, Amazon, Airbnb (front end and features of a site).
