Install cosmoscms on my Server

I am needing some one to install [login to view URL]'s webbased cms for user on my server and make sure it is operational for me to perform the following Add users to login Assign content from my library to specific users Be the Admin for my cms Allow me to teamviewer the uploading of the media files that i need to share from sizes 25mb -250mb mp3 files I want my registered users to be able to log in and view a folder with the listing of the selected files from the library that they have access to... If you are aware of a more simplier CMS without wordpress that will allow user creation / sign in Im open to suggesting it
