Layout the Rules for a Boardgame -- 2

I am looking for a graphic designer who is fluent in both the board game medium and Microsoft Publisher to lay out a rules booklet and player aid card (PAC). Both documents are four color; both are 8.5” x 11” when printed with .25” bleed. The game rules are approximately 18 pages. The PAC is the front and back of one page. I can supply the images used within the document, as well as an image for the cover, but the selected candidate will need to come up with a clever, yet accessible design that is reminiscent of, but not identical to, a previous rules book my company has published. I’ll furnish this sample. I want this work done in Microsoft Publisher so that I can edit it in the future.
