WP RENTALS CUSTOM WORK NEEDED

Hello I have the wp-rentals theme installed with visual composer etc. I also installed peters redirect plugin. I will make this wordpress an app. I will give you the credentials to be an admin. When an OWNER connects to its account, I want him to be redirected on his properties (if he doesn't already). After that, when he clicks on a property, I want to be added on property page: 1. Beautiful Buttons (visual composer or png's with icons and rounded corners) for Cleaning Service, Technician, Taxi, Breakfast (Can choose from Toast, Croissant, Orange Juice, Frape, Greek Coffee, Espresso, Espresso Freddo and how much sugar). His choices are sent to an email or SMS when pressed. Keep in mind this should be beautifull on an app 2. We will have installed a power control and measurement kit in each owners houses. I want 3 on-off buttons for power supply, water and gas and a counter chart or sth for each, on the property page. Also he can add a limit of use. These fields will connect with a server via web socket in a mongo db with json. I have this server already. I want you to prepair thiese fields and explain 3. Also a tentant can download the app and sign in (we will have him registered already). When he logs in he is redirected on his rented property. he also can see the buttons and call for cleaning technician take breakfast etc, but he cant change power water or gas supply limit, only see it. He can turn on and off though.
