Redesign of an existing wordpress site running on custom theme

Our current running site is wwwdotflickpricedotcom and we have another half cooked work done which is there on wwwdotfliqpricedotcom We need somebody to complete this task for us. UI work in progress was on unicase theme but customization is required. Tasks mainly will be below : - home page with multiple section with top products from selected categories along with hot selling and featured products. See theme Unicase for sample. - stores listing page - category wise listing page which should be generic listing page with dynamic filter criteria , can be utilized for tag archive as well as search result pages. - search result page , again same way as above with all possible filters - tag archive page , again same way as above with all possible filters - product detail page , with recommendations and similar products scroll with page area scroll. - store detail page (along with products / coupons / offers listing) - coupon & offers pages and their listing pages - blog listing page and detail page - 404 page - Login page with integration to facebook and google+ - widgets : search widget , featured products , trending products , latest launched etc. , category products , hot coupons , hot stores - A generic url parameter based search result page. Note: all listing pages will need basic filters & sorting like price , brand , discount , category , posting dates etc. We want this to be done in phase wise manner. Mainly 3 phases. phase 1 could be going live with basic features and pages. Then other two with finishing remaining tasks. We will discuss in detail what is required in phase 1.
