Web Script File safe

I have had to re-list this due to people not understating the project and quoting more than our budget. Note if you Quote over the budget your bid will not even be looked at so do read this carefully. 1. We have our own Ubuntu VPS with everything on it we think is needed and what ever is needed by the developer can be added by them with instructions provided to us of what extra they put on the VPS so we can repeat the process. 2. The script must look good and easy to use. WE want to copy site content to our Amazon cloud drive NOT AWS but our unlimited cloud in fact any provider we like. The script will not copy databases or anything private just images , video, pdf, html and such. The files will not be download to end users pc or laptop but Direct to cloud so the server is doing the work even while they are away. File sync also is needed to monitor a site for new content and copy it to cloud to folders the end user can pick. When completed the script will be on https 3. The script we must be able to install on any server VPS, dedicated or standard via an installer. It will install on users domains as a trial amount of days we need to modify easily and be activated be key file ( something not easily code reversed ) 4 if a user does not want to buy the script they can sign up via a signup page and add their own Cloud details to do the same copy content via the server direct to their Cloud. We must be able to add bandwidth or usage packages and payment via all the usual providers ( mostly PayPal ) 5. ALL CODE must be commented as to what it does for us to modify or change if needed. 6 . Pages must have the ability to add user language as translations are done.
