I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. The concept is that users will read a chapter of a story, then submit their own attempt at the next chapter. I will select the top 4 submissions and put them on the main page to be reviewed with a thumbs up rating system and a comment section. At the end of each week, the best rated chapter will be added to the story. We then invite submissions for the next chapter and post the 'top 4' on the main page by midnight Thursday of each week. This continues weekly until the story is complete. I need a simple and clean landing page giving a short description of what the site is about, with the most recent published chapter prominently displayed. A clearly marked out area underneath the current chapter for the 'top 4' submissions for the next chapter. These can be thumbnails of the submissions that link to the full chapter in another page to save space. However they have to show the live rating numbers. A simple email registration process required to rate and/or submit chapters.
