E-Commerce Shopping / Price Comparison channels management & Data feeds management

I am looking for a someone with some expertise in shopping comparison websites and data feeds to manage and optimise and monitor performance of advertised products, improve conversion rates, setting up marketing lines for category promotions, customising data feeds, and ultimately optimise the dollar values spent on those shopping comparison websites.
Sites will include Nextag, Google Shopping, Shopbot, Getprice, eBay commerce network, and many others.
All data feed automation for various shopping comparison websites will be managed via Retail Tower, and all I need is someone to help managing this marketing channel.
Looking for someone with a fair and reasonable rates as we are still a new startup business and still in market testing phase (i.e., our budget is limited, we are not the giant e-commerce businesses - yet).
