This project has been posted before and we had mixed results.
1. I need a flat rate quote please to bring ONE of these sites up to number 1-3 on page one of Google. I am NOT looking for a monthly fee , I want to pay a flat rate once the objective has been reached of page one has been [url removed, login to view] are all local sites with a small area, so it wont be to difficult. Please be sure the calculate for the risk and time spent in the event that the target is not reached. I am looking to pay for results, NOT work carried out or time spent.
2. I am willing to pay only 25% of the flat rate up front, and will gladly discuss, stage payments based on results.
3. I will expect all work to be white hat.
4. Once at number 1-3, I want to have a quote for a monthly fee to keep the site on number 1-3 (of page 1) ie: a maintenance fee.
5.I would also like to know how we can integrate social media marketing with these sites.
5. We are in the process of revamping all the sites and have people working on some of the projects already but it is a long process and in the mean time we need to keep these sites earning a revenue.
