Google Apps Script to remove duplicate file locations

Hello there! I can develop this script for you! The script will be like that. When you click run, it will get the names of all files in the root folder. Then file by file, it will search to find if there is any matches in other folders. If the script found a match, it would delete the file in the root folder. I think that this is what you want. If I understand anything incorrectly, kindly correct for me! The script can be run automatically on a time basis. For example, once a day. After the script runs, it will show you a report of the files that it founds duplicates of them. It will also show the folders where they are stored. I can also make the script send you the report as a PDF file to your Gmail. So you can get this email daily! I know that I have only two reviews here.
