I make my master at the University and I do the lesson Operations & Quality Management. I would like to analyze this case study that I have on my final exam. Our teacher gave to the analysis but without the questions. The questions you've sent is some indicative and would be my answer. These questions are at the end of each chapter that you've sent. If you think you have some other questions that might be inside would greatly appreciate if you tell me your opinion and you. The chapters you've sent are what professor taught us and I sent them to help you.

Also, I have sent you a project for a restaurant that can help you analyze the case study, because the Yo!Sushi is a restaurant. But I will not write to me too much many like that the project you've sent.
