We are currently looking for a contractor to provide services in producing drawings of a mould master, printing a 3D master with 100 replicates in a 10 x 10 array and preparing the master to cast a silicone mould, and supply two silicone moulds for a urethane casting process. Our goal is to use the mould to cast parts that involve the following: i) A printed circuit board (PCB) which will be casted within a urethane material. ii) The urethane material is cast as a a cylinder with a change in the radius at a point between the two ends. iii) Two keys will be used to align and centre the PCB inside the cylinder during the casting process.

Experienced mold designer for casting process for automotive industry. Design will be made in SolidWorks, will provedi all specs. IIf you want to print by yourselfs information will be given. Printing method will be liquid resin. Is silicone casting to be done by freelancer? if yes consider anther $100 Best Regards José Luis Zenizo
