Adjustable Heat Reflector for Patio Heater

I have a patented patio heat reflector that attaches to a propane (umbrella style) patio heater. Normally, a patio heater radiates heat all around, but this invention adjusts so that it reflects the heat in the direction it is needed. It consists of sheet metal that is to be stamped into a parabola shape (to match the shape of the top of the patio heater). It has a friction hinge that is attached to it, and the hinge has divits in it so it will stop at 3 or 4 different positions. I need help perfecting the hinge and the sheet metal portion. I also need a design file that would be useful to give to a company who can make the product for me. I have uploaded some files to give an idea of the invention.
