The app concept is simple. User can take a photo or short video, then have the ability to tag + add a description and the app uploads it via my API. The app should read API endpoints to pull user data/tags from the database and display them. Basic profiles+follow buttons that work with the API also required. The app should have a very minimal design. Be very fast and native (like snapchat/instagram). The interface is more so like instagram with less features (no filters, just the simple functionality). In the way you can take a photo/video, add category, tag and upload it. Looking for a quality developer. Not interested in auto-bids. Show you're a real person and get a much higher chance of success.
