Game Development

I have had this vision to take our online classes and add some simulation driving training via a smartphone/tablet and if it can pull that off where the smartphone/tablet would act as the steering wheel, turning it make the car turn, tilting forward makes it go faster, tilting back slows/stops it, that would be great. My client is going to have a game development project for his driver education website where the selected developer will be creating multiple educational based driving simulations for the game. We have a MySQL Backend Database. We use ColdFusion as our primary programming language, which I will providing any ColdFusion code needed to interact with the backend database. Freelancer is responsible for providing all graphics needed for game development. There would need to be a scoring system in all scenarios. We also see social media being included within this game with sharing aspects and a friend invite feature via Facebook. A zip file has been uploaded to this brief called drivinGame.zip. You are responsible for reading it and complying with all requirements. For this project there will be several milestones needed: $20 - Phase 1 - Initial Interview With Programmer Via Freelancer.com $280 - Phase 2 - Level 1 Functionality $300 - Phase 3 - Level 1 Graphics / Level 1 Completion $2400 - Phase 4 - Complete Game Development Phase 1 will be making sure all our ducks are in a row. Phase #2 will include all Level #1 functionality, which will include the intersection lessons within the game development only; it includes the core functionality for level #1 with some basic graphics. Phase #3 for Level #1 will include finalizing Level #1 graphics and add anything missing from the lesson course. No milestones will be released until Phase #3 is completed. Both myself and my client must be totally 100% satisfied with Level #1 before the first three milestones are released. Once we are satisfied with level #1, we will escrow the final milestone of $2400. We will need to be 100% satisfied with the entire game development before this milestone is released. We require that the game be totally bug free without any errors. We expect any animation to be smooth since we are using C++. We expect the game to be very educational. Phase 3 and Phase 4 must work on all mobile devices including Android devices, iPads, and iPhone devices. So it must be coded for both Android and iOS. The game must be coded in a way that it can be uploaded within the Google Play Store and AppStore after Phase 4 is completed. These are strong requirements. Good luck to all bidders!
