Format Book For Kindle and other readers

I am looking for someone to format my ebooks for kindle. This will include attractive formatting of approximately 25 pages of text, table of contents, images (12 max), links and references.

PLEASE NOTE that I looking for a formatting person to work with LONG TERM and will need you to also format other books in the very near future providing your work is of quality material and your price per report is reasonable.

Please keep in mind that I do require the following from you;

A signed contract stating that this is a WORK FOR HIRE creation that you will own no rights to and that your name will appear nowhere on or within and that I will own all rights to including resell and distribution rights.

This formatted ebook must be delivered in kindle ready format within 5 days of contracting.

Again, I am looking for a formatter to work with long term on a variety of books as long as your work is quick is of quality and your price per book is reasonable.

This is a VERY EASY job, especially if you are a great coder, so please bid fairly.
