Simple restaurant menu and reservation script

I'm looking for a long time partnership who can create small projects in PHP. BACKGROUND INFO: I have multiple scripts / sites and I need simple addons for this. Projects are very small and should not take more than a few days. Payments are between 50 dollar max seems it are very basic things but I dont have the time for it to do it. To start I need a developer for: 1. Create a menu script for a restaurant site: admin can create categories (type of meals like starter, desert, etc.) and can add menus to the categories. For the HTML i have an example already. 2. Create reservation script: visitors should can register tables. After a reservation a confirmation mail must be send to the visitor. The administrator should have an overview with all reservations and can filter on dates / time (think a datatable script would work fine here - i have an example already). But first I like to see the progress of these part to look if you are the long term partner I'm looking for. NOTE: I only hire people with good reputations and I dont want accountmanagers to talk to, I need 1-on-1 contact with the developer.
