Duplicate content

I need a simple form script so I know when an article is different from the original this is how I want it to work. I paste article in form push cahnge form copies articles side by side on left you have original on right the copy then as i change form on right it tells me how different it is from the original percentage wise when 70% reached you can send the article by email to selected email. Would really like a ready made script.
