This task entails the writing of a two part (phase 1 and phase 2) detailed design-specification for a web-based central reservation system to be used by relaxation establishments in Japan. This task does not require Japanese language, but does require knowledge of language abstraction for creating multilingual sites.
It involves compiling information relayed from me to you via RAC ([login to view URL]) posted messages, a 17 minute Flash presentation where I talk about it, IM and Skype if possible.

The budget for the Phase 1 of the project is 1000 USD. The budget for Phase 2 might be anywhere from 1000 to 3000 USD. Writing an efficient design spec which can allow the developers to complete the most work within the budget for Phase 1 is the goal of the design specs task.
**Notes about Project:
**There are similarities with this service:

However the "table reservation" system is not required in Phase 1 of the project. The Phase 1 will only be for single people reserving services (massages, mud-pack treatments) with single consultants. So Phase 1 should be much simpler than this site.
The Phase 2 design specs can be more of a rough "to-do" document to be developed, but where Phase 2 features are clearly defined they must be documented properly.
The Phase 1 document must be interpretable as a "work order" that experienced coders can follow and implement with the minimum interaction from myself or my client.
Although my goal is for the least necessary interaction with coders once development has started, the technical writer of this task will have my full attention and cooperation in assisting to achieve this task.
