Large website & eccomerce solution

Project Description: Project will require design and creation of five landing sites each consisting of 4 pages or text and photos. These will offer visitors a chance to visit an ecommerce site that sells products for all 4 sites. The ecommerce site should be written in such way that it can be run by my client using either spreadsheet uploads, or preferably, specific software -- my client has only basic IT literacy. Use of Java of other such technologies is possible, and is encouraged: however, any technology that runs on general rentable servers will be considered for the project. Do not offer technologies that require dedicated or expensive specialist technologies -- without first asking me. A second contract will be extended to the winning bidder for ongoing IT support via telephone. Pricing for this can be discussed later on, but bidders should consider their availability for ongoing support. All code my be heavily commented and where bidders are using proprietary of open source prepackaged solutions, they should indicate this in their bids.
