Interactive web charting/ graphs

Scope: Setup an interactive set of web charts (graphs) that will allow user input and plot their input on a static graph. Once plotted the chart should be printable and if selected a pdf version should be created. I would prefer to use a database and allow me to input the data for the chart so it can be generated and available on line. Here is a link of what I would like to do or something similar. Example: enter 200 in the GPM box and 25 in the TDH box [login to view URL] Simply enter a value into each box and hit return on the keyboard and you will get the chart with a dot on it. I did the 3 charts using xcelsis but it had issues and before I could get all of the charts completed the product was sold to crystal who then stopped supporting this function.
