Photoshop a portrait (using CS5)

I've attached a portrait photo that I've been working on in Photoshop. I need someone to complete the touch ups and generally make it look better. There's a few things I need done: * The gold in neck lace needs to really stand out, I made some changes that make it look OK but not perfect and it looks really bad when you zoom in. * I also need the front part in the hair fixed, I don't like how it looks messy. I think it'd be best if we duplicated some of the hair so you can't see as much skin through it. * I was thinking the image might look nice with a bit of a blur on the background. * The image needs to look good when viewed at least 50% size. * The teeth currently look bad at 50% I fixed a few of them but the ones on the back right need improving. * All edits must be non-destructive if possible, if an edit can't be made non-destructively duplicate the layer so that all changes can be turned off and on so I can pick and choose which edits I like. * But don't just stop there I'm looking for someone who can come up with their own ideas to improve this portrait, it really needs to pop and look professional. So if you could improve my air brushing, add tan, fix eyebrows anything like that would be great. The current Photoshop file has been created in CS5 so you'll need CS5 to edit it as I'd like to use CS5 features. The ideal person won't mind a few revisions as I pick and choose what I like.
