FITNESS CLASSES Our Bollywood fitness lessons will start off with a blend of stretches, inspired by yoga, being a set of spiritual, mental and physical practices. We will then move on to the best part of the session, being a string cardio exercises, similar to Zumba, to a string of the most vibrant and popular beats from the industry. If you’d like to get into shape, work on your flexibility, and want to do so whilst enjoying yourself and picking up a few steps along the way, don’t look back, and express your interest today. DANCE CLASSES Our dance classes will be run at the beginner, intermediate as well as the advanced levels. Our beginner and intermediate level classes will run at locations across Central London, Croydon and Harrow. Our advanced students, who will be selected by invitation only, will attend classes in Central London. We will also stage three shows every year at a venue in Central London.
