THE PROJECT HIS PICTURED AS BELOW Before Now: The story that gave birth to this writing all began ten (10) years ago when I observed that another part of me wouldn't allow me to achieve the strongest desired of my heart. I struggled so much at this time in my life, that I rarely succeeded in anything. Anyone who knows me could testify to how much I love reading. and with this challenge, I didn't count reading excluded. I read so much, learn a lot of new techniques that I felt saturated with knowledge, yet my understanding failed to deliver me from this me that kills my will...then, I began to ask questions. After That Six years later, I could do it all! I execute my daily goals and follow my dreams without frustration. At this time, I had fully developed a mental system that could easily identify any will-damaging thoughts and authentically flushes it out before getting to my subconscious. I began to do the things I love, and amazingly, I love everything about me. Questions that changed my story It is evident that most of us as couples, parents, managers e.t.c. know what to change about ourselves so as to get better results, but in most instances, there is no sufficient energy available to get us out of the comfort zones. Or let's say we have the will-power coupled with a burst of enthusiasm in us to perform a new task, but it's ridiculous only to find out hours, days, even months later that the feeling where we once were so passionate and energized to take action just isn’t there anymore. So, why do motivation dies? Why do our emotions fade? Questions of motivation and emotion run all through human life, and it's interesting to know that every of our behavior is driven by a force. Meanwhile, whatever name we choose to call this force; it has been made evident that performance is proportional to the driving force, i.e. the most remarkable results are experienced at the optimal arousal level. So, here is the question: can human function at the optimal frequency of arousal at all times? These and many more questions were what gave birth to the book. This book contains the distilled essence of all I have learned in the last seven (7) years in the area of success through will power. It doesn't only show you why but also gives a practical approach on how to get the ultimate control of your life.
