Hello,
I need a program maybe C+ or Visual that will create text output files.
The program will work with two folders. All files in the 2 folders will be .txt format
One folder will contain a .txt file (or files) of sentences. One sentence per line.
One folder will contain a .txt file (or files) of anchor text hyperlinks. One hyperlink per line.
1. The program will take 3 sentences in order and 1 hyperlink in order at a time.
I have attached a zipped file showing the before and after files. Please note that the hyperlinks in the attached example are between the sentences. I need them to go in between the spaces of the words randomly and not the spaces of closed sentences. So the hyperlink would not go right after a . ? or ! (period, question mark, exclamation)

2. The program will turn these 3 sentences segments and 1 hyperlink segment into paragraphs.
3. Each paragraph will be separated by a blank line.
4. The program needs to be able to handle multiple files within each folder.
5. The program will randomly insert the anchor text sentence into one of the spaces between words within the 3 sentences. I am not concerned about being grammatically correct.
6. The program needs to ask how many "created" paragraphs per file.
7. The program will then make an output file or multiple output file based off of how many sentences and hypertext links are available.
8. If there is a shortage of sentences or hyperlinks then the program will still work.
9. Example: let's say there are 100 sentences and only 25 hyperlinks. The program would make 25 paragraphs in this example even though the last 25 sentences would not be used. It's a ratio of 3 to 1.
10. The program should put all files into a new folder called "output" The folder can be created in either of the two folders. (sentences or hyperlink)
