I am looking for a developer to create an API in C# / ASP.NET that can convert a gmail address to a actual name, and profile. So, when provided with an email address; i.e. jose111 (at) [login to view URL], it can return data like name: "Jose Labaton", and the profile pic if available. This data is available by simply searching in Google Plus, when logged in to google; i.e. [login to view URL] This code should ideally use a google API, rather than any screen-scraping technique. The code does not require any particular user interface, just something accessible via a browser, and testable.

Hi, I can start right now and will use google API if available for this or I will just use the URL and scrap the data. which ever is better and quicker. will create a web application which will give you data for given gmail email address. Thanks

dear client Regarding your task, you need to use google profile api. I have already done similar type of work. you just need to give email address and you will get all detail from gmail server by username.
