Clustering/regression analysis with R, express project

Hi, I have a dataset that consists of the following variables: - age and gender of 30 patients (column A and B); - disease of the patient (variable named Group, column C): 0: healthy controls, 1, 2 or 3 different forms of disease - seven continuos variables (columns D to J), which represents serum measures of oxidative stress/antioxidative power. I suppose some of them are different measures of oxidative stress and others are measures of anti oxidative power, and so I would like to see how these variables relate to each other and if I can sum them up by PCA/clustering or factorial or any other technique you think it's pertinent. - I want to see how the above mentioned variables relate to the continuos independent variables (column K and L), which are serum levels of vesicles released by the cells. That is, may aim is to see if different oxidative stress patterns, independently by age and gender, relate to the number of vesicles (ns-MV or ATP-MV) the cells release, either for the entire population, for health controls and for patients This is an express project, that is I need the results in max 12 hours. R code used requested at the end of the project!
